TWO brothers have pleaded not guilty to shooting a man at Rocherlea earlier this year.
Hillwood's Robert Craig Williams, 29, and Stephen James Williams, 31, have been charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Damien Marshall by shooting him in the upper leg at a Lilydale Road property in May.
They have also been charged with aggravated assault by pointing a gun at Mr Marshall.
A third charge of striking Sean Richardson in the head with a shotgun has been laid.
Yesterday the co-accused pleaded not guilty to all charges in the Launceston Magistrates Court through their lawyer Adrian Hall.
Mr Hall lodged an application for bail on behalf of the brothers, which was refused.
Magistrate Simon Brown remanded the men in custody and committed them to trial in the Supreme Court on October 14.
