PIN-UPS, delicious food, rockabilly and beautiful vintage cars - must be another Rock 'n' Rodz.
In its fifth year, the Longford car show celebrates all things retro and gives vintage car owners a chance to showcase their vehicles.
Organiser Dave O'Keefe said the committee had started using a more modern means - Facebook - to promote the event.
"We'll put more info on the page as we progress to it," Mr O'Keefe said.
Bands The Rechords, Sin and Tonics, Crazy Flats and Boneyard Cats will perform on the day and a Miss Rock and Rodz pin-up competition will showcase traditional pin-up fashion.
A '50s and '60s fashion competition will give people a chance to showcase their vintage threads.
Mr O'Keefe said the day could see a record broken.
"We're trying to get the most EH Holdens assembled in Tasmania for the car's 50th anniversary," he said.
Mr O'Keefe said all cars made before 1970 were welcome for exhibition.
The October 6 event will be at the Longford Showground from 9am until 4pm and costs $10 to enter.
All proceeds go to Camp Quality.
