A man has been charged after two security officers at the Greens Hotel in Burnie were assualted this morning following a disturbance between hotel patrons and security staff.
The man was charged with one count of wounding and one count of common assault, and bailed with the condition to appear in court at a later date.
One of the security guards received lacerations to his face and nose and the other was punched in the face.
The incident happened between 2 and 2.30am
