Relocatable homes builder Park Homes has gone into administration.
After 35 years in business in Tasmania, receivers McGrathNicol were appointed on Friday.
The Examiner understands there are several buyers interested in purchasing the company, which will be advertised for sale as a going concern on Wednesday.
Park Homes had also been working with alternative investors to take over its loans with the National Australia Bank.
The Cambridge-based company employs about 30 people.
McGrathNicol declined to comment.
