A MAN who allegedly shot and killed his ex-partner and her partner in Hamilton in December has appeared in court.
Patrick Stanley Daley, 59, is charged with murdering 31-year-old Megan Wilton and 34-year-old Benjamin Samual Eyles at their home on December 16.
The couple were killed about 5am when Ms Wilton's three children were at the property.
Mr Daley appeared via video link in the Hobart Magistrates Court this morning but did not enter a plea.
He was remanded in custody to face court again on March 8.
