A 25-year-old Devonport man will face court this morning, charged with arson, burglary and stealing following a fire at a business in Oldaker Street overnight.

Emergency services were called to a business premises at 38 Oldaker Street in Devonoprt about 8.20pm last night, to find the building well alight.
The premises was vacant at the time of the fire.
According to Tasmania Police, the fire was determined to be suspicious and a short time later, the man was arrested and charged over the fire.
He will appear in the Devonport Court of Petty Sessions this morning.
A 14-year-old youth was also interviewed and will be dealt with under the Youth Justice Act.
Detective Senior Sergeant Stuart Wilkinson, of Western Crime and Drug Investigation, said damage to the building was significant and fire scene investigators will return this morning to conduct a detailed investigation.
