ALMOST 1900 homes on the West Tamar were without power for about four hours today.
An Aurora Energy spokeswoman said 1859 homes between Riverside and Beaconsfield were affected by the blackout from 9.20am to 1.25pm.
The spokeswoman said the outage was caused by an underground cable failure.
