The Coalition is set to pick up 18 seats at the next federal election, according to online betting agency Sportsbet.
The bookmaker today opened markets on all 150 electorates around Australia, with the Coalition favourite in 91 seats and the Australian Labor Party in 54.
Three seats were listed as too close to call - Capricornia in Queensland, Hindmarsh in Western Australia and Werriwa in NSW.
Denison Independent Andrew Wilkie and Katter's Australia Party founder Bob Katter were also favoured to win their seats respectively.
Sportsbet listed the Coalition as $1.35 favourites, ahead of Labor on $3.30.
According to Sportsbet, key independents Rob Oakeshott and Tony Windsor are tipped to lose to coalition candidates and Greens MP Adam Bandt looks set to lose his seat in a narrow race with Labor.
In Tasmania, Sportsbet listed Labor as favourite in two seats, the Coalition in two and one to Mr Wilkie.
