A WESTBURY woman has organised a hay drive to help those affected by fires in the South to feed their livestock.
Dimity Hirst is working with Labor MHA Rebecca White to coordinate the ongoing hay drive from Cressy Transport to Sorell, where it will be distributed to those who need it.
``I have animals myself and I know it's a huge requirement. When you lose your feed, you're in trouble,'' Ms Hirst said.
``I just think we've been so blessed here in that we haven't had fire, so it's important to do what we can to ease the stresses of those who have been affected.''
Ms Hirst has asked that anyone who can help by donating hay or offering other assistance give her a call on 0408 506 103.
