LAUNCESTON police are still seeking public help to identify a man who allegedly attempted to pull a 25-year-old woman's leggings down on Paterson Street on Sunday morning.

The incident was captured on CCTV on the Paterson Street west multistorey car park.
Detective Inspector Scott Flude said the man pulled up behind the woman in an early 1990s model white hatchback near City Park and followed her to Paterson Street before approaching her.
He said police had received a number of calls about the incident but were yet to positively identify the man.
"Police are still going through a number of suspects in relation to this incident," he said.
Detective Inspector Flude urged anyone who could identify the man or the car to contact police.
"This car has been identified as the one being driven by the offender," he said.
