Construction with this material is environmentally friendly and uses a material which is abundant in Tasmania now that the woodchip business has collapsed. Tasmania has a factory producing cross laminated beams, so why was this material supplied from Europe to Melbourne? Too much of Tasmania's creative and business energy is wasted while all this angry arguing is going on. Business, political parties, industry groups and environmentalists are so busy shouting and arguing so that one or another of the groups can claim that they are "right", meanwhile, business opportunities for Tasmania are ignored. Please stop shouting and arguing and start speaking and working together for the good of this wonderful state.
