KINGS MEADOWS holds a slender two-point advantage in second position over the Longford Tigers after yesterday's round 13 of Northern men's bowls pennant.

Slower greens greeted the Challenger teams with the results showing advantage for some of the home teams.

North Launceston was too good for Launceston on the Seaport greens.

Allan Gamble led the way for the North boys with an 11-shot margin over Mitch Billing.

Jarrod Howard covered new skip Craig Walker with David Minns defeating Archie Thompson for a full count of points to North Launceston.

Deloraine and Trevallyn postponed their game until a later date.

Phillip Shaw led the for the Seaside crew with a 10-shot win over Norm Griffiths.
