Tasmanian racing appeals board yesterday reserved its decision on an appeal by visiting Victorian trainer-driver Michael Watt against a five-meeting suspension.
Watt was suspended after his drive on The Urban Legend in the North-Eastern Pacing Cup at Scottsdale on January 6 and he has been driving on a stay of proceedings since then.
Watt's appeal hearing lasted for three hours yesterday before the reserved decision was announced.
Watt has been campaigning with several horses in Tasmania in recent weeks and has them stabled at Mangalore.
He is expected to make a decision soon on whether he continues training in Tasmania or returns to Victoria.
