The 17-year-old Launceston Christian School student won the 120-metre gift off a mark of 7.25 metres in 13.88 seconds.
Somerset's Morgan Gaffney was second from a joint backmark with Hobart's Michelle Davis (11.25m) third.
Hobart sprinter Charlie Leek took out the men's 120m gift.
The Tasmanian 100m champion won in a time of 13.25, from the backmark of 5m.
John Howe, of Preservation Bay, finished second, with Launceston's Ross Lovell third.
Northdown's Alec Thomas was successful in winning the 1000m open handicap final in 2:28.38, off 65m.
Hobart's Aaron Humphrey was second (85m), with Burnie's Brodie Overton third (100m).
The men's 300m went to Hobart's Mark Nichols from Launceston's Andrew Robinson and Cooee's Brendan Smart.
Davis won the women's 300m from de la Motte and Morgan Whiley.
Hobart's Dan Le Moto took out the men's masters.
In cycling, Ulverstone's Kate de Paoli won the women's wheel race from Hobart's Janelle Smith and Devonport's Rowena Badcock.
Hobart rider James McAvoy took out the men's wheel from Launceston's Jake McMahon and Devonport's Michael Astell.
Timothy Taylor won the men's lightning handicap and Smith was successful in the women's.
