The Sports Carnivals Association of Tasmania will announce some exciting plans for the carnivals which start at Rosebery on December 17.
The appointment of the ambassador for the 2011-12 series will also be announced at the launch at Devonport Surf Club next Wednesday
The launch will be hosted by Steve Daly and is due to start at noon.
