The latest EMRS poll results showed Labor could win just seven seats if the election was held tomorrow.
Premier David Bartlett continued his slide in popularity to 26 per cent - a trend that has continued since May last year.
Opposition Leader Will Hodgman was the big winner and the poll seemed to vindicate his stance during and after the election on not dealing with the Greens.
Mr Hodgman's decision not to deal with the Greens played especially well in Bass and Braddon, and even saw him outperform Mr Bartlett in his home electorate of Denison.
"The EMRS poll shows that people understand and appreciate the decisions we took following the March 20 election," Mr Hodgman said.
Support for Greens leader Nick McKim increased following the election, which he said was "affirmation" of the Greens' decision to take cabinet positions.
Deputy Premier Lara Giddings said voters' question marks were understandable, but she was confident Labor and the Greens could deliver four years of stable government.
