The Federal Government's proposed hospital reforms will create an inefficient system with too many levels of administration, West Australian Premier Colin Barnett says.
Mr Barnett said yesterday that Prime Minister Kevin Rudd's proposal would involve a federal health department, a federal funding body, state health departments and regional boards. "So we will have four levels of administration before you even get to the door of the hospital," he said. "I don't think that sounds like a very efficient system."
