BILLI-Anna Beveridge has won a book valued at $70 for sending in her best Australia Day photo.
The book, Endangered - Tasmania's Wild Places, was awarded to Ms Beveridge's photo featuring a giant blow-up Australia Day thong and two happy beachgoers dressed in Australia paraphernalia.
Ms Beveridge sent the photo in, using The Examiner's new iPhone app.
The app was launched last month and has already seen thousands of people download it for free from the iTunes App Store.
The app lets readers send in story tips and photos as well as access the daily news.
It also sets assignments for readers such as the Australia Day assignment.
The Summer Living in Tassie assignment is giving readers the chance to win an iPhone 4S by sending in their best summer pictures.
To enter, download the app for free, select the REPORT function in the top right-hand corner of the app and go to the Summer Living in Tassie assignment.
Make sure to enter your name and a contact phone number so we can call you if you are the winner.
The competition closes on February 2.
