An 82-YEAR OLD man was found dead at the wheel yesterday in a single vehicle accident at Cambridge.
Police believe a medical problem to be the cause of death.
The man was driving along Richmond Road, south of Meadowbank Vineyard, when he hit a guard rail.
Witnesses went to the driver's assistance once his white Commodore ute stopped in both lanes of the road to find he was dead.
A coronial enquiry will be conducted. Police would like to speak to anyone who saw the crash.
