The jam, run by Freestylenow, saw about 100 riders converge on Launceston's Royal Park skatepark for the event.
Freestylenow chief executive Shaun Jarvis said the event was designed to bring people together for a single purpose.
"People ride around, do tricks and have fun," Mr Jarvis said.
The company ran nine events with at least one in every state and territory.
Mr Jarvis said he aimed to raise $50,000 across Australia but was not sure how much had been raised yesterday afternoon.
He said he was inspired to help after seeing images of the Toowoomba floods.
"If we can raise $50,000 throughout Australia, I will feel like I have done a good deed to the people of Queensland," he said.
Jesse Moore, 15, of Gravelly Beach, has been riding for two years and said everyone had a good day.
"It's good to help everyone out over there - they would do the same for us," Jesse said.
In addition to donations on the day, Mr Jarvis said they were auctioning a GaryYoung AM bike worth $600. He said all proceeds would go to the appeal.
