COMPETITION was still hot at the Princess Theatre for the Festival of Dance finals.
More than 200 competitors hit the floor to show off their best moves in front of their peers, parents and picky adjudicators.
A range of ages and styles were represented with categories varying from the six-and-under years jazz dance solo to the open-age champion modern solo.
The festival is held over nine days. This year's event started on September 3 with the classical open age competition and ends with an adults non- competitive group, the Razzle Dazzle Tappers, on September 11.
