School Viability Reference Group chairman Royce Fairbrother told The Examiner yesterday that there had been no group meetings since early December but the report was being worked on.
``We're in the process of putting together the report now,'' Mr Fairbrother said.
All nine members were working on the final report.
He said the group would put out a statement after its meeting next Tuesday.
The group was formed following Mr McKim's decision to reconsider the potential closure of 20 schools after community uproar last July. It has until January 31 to hand its report to Mr McKim.
