Tote fraud trial

A 22-year-old Victorian man has been committed to stand trial over an alleged $750,000 fraud against Tote Tasmania. In the Hobart Magistrates Court yesterday, Dylan Matthew Johnstone pleaded not guilty to 362 counts of using a computer with intention to defraud.

He was ordered to appear before the Supreme Court on April 12.
