A 34-YEAR-OLD Hadspen man appeared in the Launceston Magistrates Court yesterday charged with three counts of rape and three counts of assault with indecent intent.
Police allege the man, who cannot be named due to legal reasons, committed the rapes at Hadspen last year.
He is alleged to have also grabbed a 13-year-old girl's breasts, and placed his hands on the girl's crotch at Hadspen earlier this year.
He did not enter a plea to the charges and was remanded in custody to reappear in court on August 19.
